Dear Michelle, could you tell me where the Congress will be held? Reply: Yes it will be held in Burnie Tasmania at the Burnie civic centre

and what type of accommodation, if any, is available on site Reply: there is a lot of accommodation in and around Burnie within walking distance to the civic centre. We have a travel agent who is booking all the accommodation for us. You can find his contact details and even pictures of the available accommodation on the website.

I note that on the initial registration form there is a request for information about what type of accommodation is required, i.e. single, double etc. If the accommodation is on site, is it within walking distance of the planned activities (other than workshops)? Reply: Yes, however make sure that you confirm this with Charles.

am assuming that meals would be provided as part of the cost - could you tell me if this is so please Reply: most will be but not all. We haven’t confirmed these finer details as yet. Please check the website regularly for updated information. Registration fee will be confirmed in April
